This Site is owned and operated by Pacific Health Advantage "PacAdvantage", also known by its state-given name, the Health Insurance Plan of California "HIPC". PacAdvantage is affiliated with Pacific Business Group on Health "PBGH".

The information provided through PacAdvantage, including PacLink e-mail updates, is for informational purposes only. No material (other than as specifically stated above) from this or any other website owned or operated by PacAdvantage, PBGH or any related or affiliated company may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of PacAdvantage. Modification of PacAdvantage material or use of PacAdvantage material for any other purpose is a violation of copyright, service mark and other proprietary rights. PRIVACY POLICY. PacAdvantage routinely gathers statistical and anonymous information on website activity, including the number of visitors to the Site and the pages visited. No personal information is collected in our efforts to compile this data.

Any information that is voluntarily provided to PacAdvantage through this website by e-mail is treated with the same consideration and confidentiality as any information sent to us by the U.S. mail or communicated to us by telephone.

TERMINATION. PacAdvantage may terminate this License to use the Site at anytime if you are in breach of the terms of this agreement. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from PacAdvantage if in PacAdvantage's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and any and all other PacAdvantage websites and all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

USER SUBMISSIONS. Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and nonproprietary "Communications". PacAdvantage will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. You agree to accept sole responsibility for any comments and to use your correct name and address when sending in your comments. By sending us an e-mail, you are giving permission for PacAdvantage and its designees to post your comments on this site and to identify you by name and city. You agree that PacAdvantage and its designees are free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

By posting to this Site, you agree that you will not post material that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringing or that may violate any law. PacAdvantage reserves the right to refuse information that it determines could be defamatory, infringing or would violate any law. If PacAdvantage or its designees receive a complaint that a posting is improper, PacAdvantage reserves the right to remove the posting. APPLICABLE LAWS. This Site is controlled by PacAdvantage or its affiliates from its offices in California. Any claim relating to the materials shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California. You further agree that any legal action or proceeding concerning this Site between you and PacAdvantage or its affiliates shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
